Maine Lighthouses – With over 65 picturesque lighthouses for travelers to see, there is something the whole family will enjoy in Maine! A visit to one of these iconic Maine landmarks is highly recommended.
Cape Neddick Nubble Light – Cape Neddick Lighthouse has become more commonly known as Nubble Light, due to its location on the summit of Cape Neddick Bubble, a small offshore rocky isle in York. Because of its rocky offshore location just off shore, the lighthouse grounds are inaccessible to visitors, but its location near York Beach make it a beautiful and photogenic landmark for tourists. Nubble Light is also known for its unique red light, which still shines today. A visit during the holiday you will find the Lighting of the Nubble, the lighthouse is beautiful in sparkling white lights.

Ogunquit Playhouse – One of Maine’s oldest summer stock theatres built in 1933, Ogunquit’s Playhouse still attracts top stars and Broadway caliber shows each season.
Maine Art Museums – Art museums in Maine are several and splendid! Some of our favorite landmarks in Maine include the Ogunquit Museum of American Art, the Portland Museum of Art, and the Farnsworth Art Museum.
Scarborough Marsh – Maine’s largest salt marsh estuarine is a natural Maine landmark best explored by canoe or kayak.

Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens – Located in Boothbay, the botanical gardens feature 250 acres of flowering beauty in dramatically landscaped gardens, rockwork, waterfalls and walking paths. This famed landmark in Maine by itself will sway anyone to vacation in Boothbay Harbor.
Coastal Boat Rides – Maine’s 5,500-mile coast is best viewed from the water. Enjoy a boat ride, a scenic boat cruise from Kennebunkport, Ogunquit or Casco Bay Ferry, a lobster and lighthouse tour, a sunset cruise on a schooner or a whale watch. Oh my Gosh Corner – On the ride to Sugarloaf Mountain, in Carrabassett Valley, Maine’s largest single ski mountain appears dramatically as you approach eager with alpine anticipation.
