Spring and fall are less expensive and still beautiful. Winter in Wells, you can find amazing deals and still feast on lobsters with no wait at your favorite Wells restaurant or lobster pound. You can even walk the beach in the off-season (dressed a bit differently of course)! 

Condo resorts like Sea Mist and Misty Harbor in Wells offer spacious outdoor areas for you to enjoy and relax after a day on the beach. You can barbeque grill or get take-out at a local Wells restaurant – pizza, seafood, Asian or a Maine lobster roll.  A dip in the swimming pool is a treat after a day exploring Wells sights, surf and shops.

Village by the Sea is another convenient condo resort, located right on Route 1 with beautiful views of the salt water marsh and Wells waterfront beyond. An indoor and outdoor pool are available for your enjoyment, as well as a fitness room and game room. From here, you can walk or ride bikes to many Wells attractions, or just relax and enjoy the resort’s amenities and the comforts of your condominium by the sea.

You can even rent a cottage for condo style accommodations in individual units like the Cottages at Summer Village which are quaint and cozy one and two bedroom homes. As a guest, you have access to the resort’s swimming pools, bocce and volleyball courts, and an outdoor movie theatre in summer.
